Hi! my name is Tammy and my company SubCross+ Rally and I, are all about inspiring women and others, to live out their dreams. My aim is to bring a greater awareness to Women in Motorsports, to empower women to pursue male dominated fields, to play an integral role in the growth of local charities by donating to their various developmental programmes and physically assisting, as well as, to mentor and motivate the persons in my community, especially - Girls and Women.

In August 2016 I become the first Barbadian to participate in the Mahindra Goldrush Rally of Coromandel in New Zealand but my journey started only months before that as a Rally Marshal with a burning passion to fulfill my dream as a Rally Navigator and Driver. I never wanted to be just on the sidelines as a spectator but I wanted to be part of the bigger picture in rally as my passion for the sport is so real.
